Payment and Shipping
Paid orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong within 1-2 business days.
For Hong Kong customers, free shipping will be provided. In-person pick-ups are also available at our office. Please email us for details.
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $120 USD.
We offer shipping via UPS International Express Saver and ship to all countries. It takes approximately 3-7 business days, not including any possible customs hold.
Prices on the site are in US Dollars. For customers visiting the site from countries with other local currencies than US Dollars, an estimated conversion to the local currency based on the current exchange rate may be displayed. All customers are billed in US Dollars and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). Drop of Mindfulness has no control over these rates and do not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.
Prices do not include delivery charges such as custom, tax or VAT. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Drop of Mindfulness has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information we suggest you contact your local customs office and other relevant parties before placing your order.
Drop of Mindfulness may vary the prices of Products listed on the site at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to Products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, Drop of Mindfulness will give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. Drop of Mindfulness however reserves the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a Dispatch Confirmation to you, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been recognized by you as an error.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns on unworn items with full package 7 days after you have received your order. If you want to return your item, please contact us at email@example.com and state your reasons so we can review your request as soon as possible. After reviewing your request, an email confirmation will be sent to you by us. If applicable, we will arrange an exchange for you. No items can be returned after 7 days.
Refunds & Store credit (if applicable)
If you want to apply for a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your reasons. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as possible.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days. Any purchase through bank transfer is non-refundable. Store credit will be issued for returns with bank transfer payments. Store credit does not expire and you are able to use it towards any future purchase.
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
